EN-CORE Pilates is an exercise program for men and women of all ages that works to improve overall movement, balance, coordination and control. It is recommended by health and wellness professionals as a gentle way to build a strong core. Participation requires only your own mat (for hygiene reasons).
No Classes on January 18, January 25, February 1 & February 8, 2019.
All levels welcome. "Drop-in" fee is $10 per person.
