Sonia Sandhu

Office Hours: Tuesday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Mondays from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

As Operations Manager at Peninsula United Church, I work behind the scenes to help keep everything running smoothly. My role includes coordinating facility rentals and contracts, overseeing building maintenance, supporting internal and external communications and marketing, and supervising our office administrator and property caretaker. I also handle planning, scheduling, and troubleshooting—always looking for practical solutions that support our staff, volunteers, and the wider church community.

What brings passion to my work is being part of the United Church and witnessing people grow in their faith and spirituality—it inspires and nurtures my own spiritual journey.

When I’m not at work, I love spending time with my family, especially watching my two-year-old learn and grow. In my spare moments, you’ll often find me exploring a new craft or hands-on hobby, or listening to an audiobook.
