Affordable Housing

Exciting housing news! The City of Surrey, BC Housing and Fraser Health are proposing to build 200 1-, 2-, and 3- bedroom affordable homes, 40 studio homes for Supportive Housing and 20 studio homes for those with Complex Care needs. The location is two lots at 19th Ave and 152nd St.
