The Strategic Leadership Council (SLC) is inviting expressions of interest from those who feel called to represent Peninsula United Church at the Shape of Hope PMRC AGM 2026.
This gathering of the wider United Church will take place in Kamloops from June 4–7, 2026, bringing together communities of faith for worship, discernment, and connection.

Who Can Apply
We are seeking three delegates to attend on behalf of PUC. If you are interested, please complete the Expression of Interest form by May 8, 2026. The SLC will review submissions and make selections at its meeting on May 9.
Delegates will be asked to share reflections and learnings with the congregation following the event, helping to enrich our shared life and understanding.
Attending as a Participant
You are also welcome to attend the gathering as a non-voting participant, free of charge. This can be a meaningful way to experience the wider church, even if you are not serving as a delegate.
The Shape of Hope AGM is an opportunity to listen, learn, and take part in the ongoing life of the United Church beyond our local community. It’s a space for faithful conversation, collective decision-making, and renewed vision for the future.
