Cast of Thousands

Cast of Thousands is a liaison between the City of Surrey and the operators for the Extreme Weather Response Shelter at the South Surrey Recreation and Arts Centre.

They map the neighbourhood and collect information to inform the city regarding appropriate housing and other needs for the homeless community on the Peninsula. They also help determine assets and services that are already available and how they affect the Peninsula residents.
